This is such a super long thread that I'm going to skip to the end and just list some instead of reading all of it to see if some of mine have already been listed. Lazy? Yes.

Sonic Boom - Spectrum (twirly whirly fun)
Rolling Stones - Exile On Main Street (many an hour spent checking all the pics)
Funkadelic - Funkadelic (love the circle of trippy faces)
Pixies - Surfer Rose (wonderful boobs)
Sonic Youth - Goo (it's just dead cool) - Sister and Evol too
Stooges - Raw Power (iconic pic)
Miles Davis - Dark Magus (jagged, electric, distorted)

......bum, my mind is shutting down, there's too many.........
