It's The Flowers -- the early incarnation of Flower Travellin' Band.

"I'm Dead" is the track from Toshi Ichiyanagi's "Opera From The Works of Tadanori Yokoo." It takes up a side and a quarter of the double album.

The song was originally credited only as 'The Flowers' on this album, but was named "I'm Dead" on "From Pussies to Death in 10,000 Years of Freak Out."
