I made an order on the Merchandiser on 1st August that I haven't received yet & no-one seems to have been answering any of my emails etc. in the last few weeks.
Having ordered many times from HH, I know this isn't normal behaviour - maybe on holiday or something ?

Use the details on the contact page, they'll reply to emails or letters sent to those addresses eventually, I'm sure. I certainly haven't had problems with them in the past, and don't remember anyone else having any either. Keep trying I reckon. If you don't hear back in a day or two, post here again and we'll all start shouting for some attention!
