Me too. Reminds me of the Blood and Fire Dub album "X Ray Music" where tunes from their reissue catalogue are giving a once over by some modern heads.

Nah, that was the old band. Glad you liked it. It was a live improv thing. I then edited it a bit. Picked out a few of the rimshots with a bit of echo - and then made a little montage of film I'd shot whilst up in Scotland a few months ago. I edited in some clips of my drumkit I filmed at a soundcheck.

I've put the word about - but let's face it, 50 year old drummers aren't in the top echelons of in-demand musicians, strangely enough. Among the many others, a certain old spacerock warhorse who lives just across the border said he'll keep his ear to the ground for an opening for me, though.
I think I'll wind up putting an outfit together around my own requirements again.

I dont think age matters at all really. Im 42 and couldnt give a feck, i make music for me and the trees etc, i dont try and promote or sell it at all, given up on all that lol......might just be me , but i think its waaaay cooler to have older people in a band (mix 'em up - young an' old)......the youth may have more vigour, but wees got experience !!!
Ahhh, i see. I thought this was recent...cool tho, nice footage !
