Saw some of their set from T in the Park, pretty good I thought.

starting to grow on me quite abit now. I think they are the sort of band that go better when you dont have to actually look at them.

I know what you mean :) however, in a fit of irrational purchasing madness, iTunes birthday voucher in sweaty palm, I bought the 'deluxe' version of 'Flaws'. It comes with very nice wee video's for each song and though it may seem a little bit contrived at times...I just think it's fantastic. The vid for the title track is here:

I did also buy 'The Special Garage Concerts 1 & 2' by the Cardiacs.

Now THAT is money well spent my friend. A terrific live band, so sad that there's unlikely to be any repeat of these sort of gigs now.

Yes, very sad. I was lucky enough to see them three years running at the Astoria. The first time they were filming for a DVD. The Garage Sessions are just brilliant, fantastic energy and sound.

No news for some time on Tim though...I hope he's OK.

I was at the Astoria gigs too. Small world (well it is if you're a Cardiacs fan)...

I missed the Garage gigs though, annoyingly. There's been no news on the Cardiacs website since about November now.
