That version never has been on CD. Except for the one I recorded for myself a couple of years ago. Stuck a label on it, though, and this has knacked it.

So it's back to the turntable again in the near future. I'll make a subtle mention when I'm in a position to let any interested party hear the original vinyl (band sleeve) mix.

For the - tee hee! - record, this will be a proper hi-fi recording, not some rotten USB turntable rip to MP3 via a computer soundcard. Rotel deck through Sugden A21a amplifier to Pioneer CD recorder, and only mastered via PC after the business of recording is done.
