I've got a cassette of a Japanese dub band which is quite sublime! I can put that onto a disc for you to enjoy! Email me an address and I'll happily put some Noah House of Dread, Scientist, Dub Syndicate and Augustus Pablo together for you.

There's a dub band from FRance called High tone that I was given a cd by that was pretty interesting.
i've heard they're really great visually live incorporating a large lightshow.

4th Street Orchestra

I completely forgot the great Matumbi dub albums that came out on RAMA in the mid 70s and were mixed by Dennis Bovell under the name 4th Street Orchestra. These are pretty essential. "Ah Who Seh? Go-Deh!", "Leggo! (Ah-Fi-We-Dis)", "Yuh Learn". There are at least a couple of others I have not heard. Not sure if they are available on cd but in the absence of an official rerelease some tunes from these records turn up on "Decibel: More Cuts And Dubs 1976-1983"
