Yes, it was Tex Perkins. He also fronted The Cruel Sea and The Butcher Shop. BTW, I didn't know about him as a supposed member of Fur Bible, but Kid Congo eventually played in the first Butcher Shop EP in 1988.
Kind of an Aussie supergroup, the Beasts Of Bourbon. Kim Salmon and Boris Sujdovic (Scientists) have also been members.
