I've got the playlists down already for shows on Protest Songs and "Jingle Jangle Mornings" ('80s jangly rock), but here's the last one I finished: Chicks With Licks. I had a bit of a cold when I recorded it and sounded kind of like Kermit the Frog, so if I resort to more dodgy accents than usual, you know why. It's all about the music, anyway. Features cuts by: Lizzy Mercier Descloux, Phew (with backing by Can), OOIOO, Essential Logic, Julie Driscoll, The Raincoats, Gal Costa, ESG, Delta 5, Dagmar Krause and a few others. Women get the fuzzy end of the lollypop when it comes to the rock industry, despite clearly being just as if not more talented than most of their male counterparts. This show attempts to redress the balance with some strange and funky bursts of energy from these quirky rock vixens. Hope you enjoy it, man!

Just finished my twentieth show: Protest Songs featuring right-on cuts by Fela Kuti, The Ex feat Tom Cora, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Linton Kwesi Johnson, John Cale, Crass and Phil Ochs. Oh and not to mention my JFK impression. Fight the power!

Cosmic Jazz, featuring the talents of Alice Coltrane, Sonny Sharrock, Philip Cohran, Pharoah Sanders, The Jazz Composers Orchestra, Sun Ra and more! A none-more-hip and happening 18-Karat show with some of the most out there jazz sides waxed on disc. It's a guarantee that you will be at least 19% cooler after a listen to this baaaad show. Smokin', solid, sharp and just plain supermurgitroid.

Thanks, KC. Feel free to skip my rambling intro. They're a whole lot of fun to do, but I could understand them getting annoying. Hope you enjoy it!

Someone else mentioned something about an RSS feed... I'm afraid I'm a bit too unsavvy to get it together. I'll see if I can work it out after I get through the wiki article. And thanks for the encouragement, man. Really, really appreciated. I'm gonna start doing a few more of these again. I really missed doing 'em. So... Season 2 begins with: Tour De France, featuring the following and more: Archaia, Catherine Ribeiro, Michel Polnareff, Antena, Etron Fou Leloublan, Albert Marcoeur, Louis Philippe, Kas Produkt (from the excellent underground electro comp, So Young But So Cold) and the ye-ye nymphettes France Gall, Clothilde and Jacqueline Taieb. Vive le différence! Some lady called Jo Youle sent me an email the other day saying she wouldn't mind using me somehow, by the way. I think she does some stuff for 6 Music and Juice FM here in Brighton. Not sure if I'm up for that, but it's quite a compliment.
