Jazz hops out of the museum for a quick boogie into the 21st century. Some method. Much madness.

Human League - Crash
Almost as compelling as "Music From The Elder" but nowhere near as good as "Change of Heart".

Placebo - Battle For The Sun
Their best in a long while. Knocks spots off any other angsty, disco flavoured, string drenched, arena rock I've seen close the Jonathan Ross show recently. And there are proper choruses. Which helps. Praise be. Maybe we need a new genre because if Michael Parkinson has his Parky Jazz then JR should have his Ross Rock.
