'Being out of tune – I find it unforgivable.' Sez Cliff (of Harrison's guitar work). So much for being a Christian, they're supposed to forgive anything - lying bastard. x

Christ. We've got Sting next door with his lyrics and music/mannequin and clothes analogy, and then Cliff spouting bollocks here. I'm off for a lie-down! ; )

I don't think The Beatles were ever out of tune on record, apart from that bum note on 'Let It Be', and Lennon's bass playing on 'The Long and Winding Road' was pretty bad. Harrison was in tune. Cliff needs to clean his old ears, and empty his shit bag.

The Sainted one is probably referring to some of the slightly subversive string dips and guitar stings ala I am The Walrus or 'Sgt Pepper' etc. He'll find that so 'unprofessional'. And he's wrong, he is considered in the rock and roll cannon everytime...to be a load of old creepy toss, that is. x
