Wall St Journal has article about Sweden's largest filesharing service to come under prosecution by January's end for breach of copyright laws: movies, music, books, etc.

It seems any filesharer residing in Europe will be facing a shutdown. It seems the German sites may be next.

KARL MARX can probably shed better light on this, but apparently they are well known site with 60k a month in ad revenue.
