apparently, Bonham's parents owned a pub near me on the Beechdale estate (rough as fuck area, Noddy holder and Rob Halford lived there too) legend has it thats where Percy first met Bonzo too its hard to think a tiny shitpit on the edges of Walsall could be part of rock history my uncle Eric used to have to open the youth centre up for Slade to rehearse their too
