Moby Grape's 1st, Wow, Grape Jam, Moby Grape '69, and Truly Fine Citizen have been reissued as stereo cd's AND Mono vinyl. Very nicely done. The last two are particularly welcome being out of print for so long except briefly through German Line. I guess the Matthew Katz legal issues have been handled. Jerry Miller has popped up regularly inplaying a Sunday morning vespers at a church in Seattle.

Good job i have got the first 3 then if this is true, Sundazed are a fantastic label the absolute polar opposite of shite labels like Radioactive and they haven't let us down.

Just wondering if Moby Grape 69 and Truly Fine Citizen will be affected as i believe they are out imminently.

The Grape were massively underated like Soft Machine they don't get the credit they deserve.

AT this point Truly Fine Citizen and Grape'69 are not affected. We'll see..

Also Bob Mosley's 1st solo is available on Wounded Bird. It's a great tight soulful rocker, makes clear the Grape wasn't just Skip Spence.

The amazing thing about MG is they had FIVE talented singer-songwriters in the band . . .

I think the "69" album is their most underrated . . . though of course the first one is the best.

Which just happen to be their best three to boot. That Matthew Katz sounds like a prize wanker from what I hear. Luckily the "vintage" compilation (which I own and love) is still in print, in the UK at least.

Agreed. "Vintage" feature both their debut and "69" in full, and I could never understand why the latter had such a mediocre reputation. "I Am Not Willing" is a beautiful song, as good as anything Neil Young ever wrote IMO.
