ive checked the dutch and german version of the website
but the dutch version doesnt take pre-orders yet

You can pre-order this for £12.99 from any bookshop in the land. Here, it costs $50NZ, but I get staff discount. Interestingly (or not) it's due on the same date that Britain declared war with Germany in 1939.

If you are replying to what I said, I was saying that, no, dressed is NOT US midwestern slang...I live in the midwest (some people think I live in the south...they are wrong) and have never heard this...anywhere actually.
