Anyone recommend the album,
apparently it has the single
"Madman Running Through The Fields/
Sun Came Bursting Through My Cloud"
and some unreleased stuff.

If you're a total psych head I'd recommend it, otherwise, be warned it is a little patchy, but has some great tracks.

The A-side of that single is on the "Nuggest II: British psych" collection of course -- Andy Summers (The Police guy) & Zoot Money remade it later when they joined Eric Burdon's New Animals.

Speaking of which, the Animals remake "Gemini / The Madman" is a medley with another tune that the group Quatermass also performed (Gemini) -- does anyone know for sure which came first? (Where the Animals covering Quatermass or vice versa? I've never quite been able to sort that one out.)

Interesting.
I hadn't heard of that.
What year is the Animals version of Gemini from?

Hey, Joolio how's tricks?

(Thought of you 2 months ago when I watched "Cal Jam" for the first time all the way through. Worth it for the first & last tracks alone)
