probably an unpopular suggestion on this forum but anything by Neu!, not that I dislike them, the albums are okay, just don't understand the fuss. Give me Harmonia over Neu! any day.

Just don't get the FL full stop. The singer seems a lovely guy and I'm sure their live shows are great fun, but they're just Mercury Rev without a tune for me.

same goes for Green Day
and this is where i get hung.
The Smiths. His winey voice does my head in, everybody goes on about how fucking great they were and yet i hear a band with an unfinished sound. Johnny Marr this Morrissey that, fuck off they weren't that bleeding good.
