It's got to be Bonnie Prince Billy's The Letting Go
There hasn't been much in the way of good albums this year I think, but I find this one a bit awesome.

i caught em in London in the summer at a one off show they did. quite impressive. haven't heard the new album though

I saw them about a month ago, they were excellent. The new album is a masterpiece.
