Is it as smeggy as some say ? Im going to pick a copy up,on vinyl ,as it's one of the very few Can records i do not own.

I'm afraid 'Out Of Reach' is a really bad, directionless LP. According to the discography on Can's website it does not exist!

When Spoon originally issued the Can albums on CD before the recent re-issues, Out Of Reach wasn't one of them. The band themselves think it's shite, and seemed to be aware of the fact at the time (doesn't the title say it all?)

I picked up a copy of movies for about $15 in the states (yale) year or so back. Peak is on blah for £5.99, out of stock but they are usually deliver http://www.blahdvd.com/blah/CD_Product.aspx?productid=CD-SPOONCD36-NV
