I highly recommend the first self titled album, it's a lot rawer than the later stuff, more Kraut inspired than symphonic. Of the later stuff the solarmusic live lp is bloomin ace, and i have a soft spot for Jumbo meself. Rockpommelsland is Ok but not the fantastic album some people think it is, possibly due to the tinny production on it. There is some great playing on it mind you and a few of the instrumental sections are very cool indeed. I did get hold of a Live DVD of solarmusic from one of the sharing sites a few years back, and i think a live cd set too, will have a look and dig them out if i still have them if any one is interested?
