Spermull

Was around LOndon over Xmas & looking through racks in various shops. One cd that intrigued me was the Spermull reissue. I meant to go off and look it up online but then neglected to do so & subsequently didn't buy it.
Am I missing much?

It's worth it for "Me and My Girlfriend," which is catchy kraut pop with Mark E. Smith-esque vocal inflections. The rest of the album is typical, bluesy hard rock from the early 70s.

Regardless, do yourself a favor and listen to that one song. It's cool as hell!

I reckon the whole album is pretty good, and each track is kinda different in style. Actually I thought 'Me and My Girlfriend' the weakest cut, sorry to disagree with you there! I wouldn't say the rest of the album is standard bluesy rock, either, I hear it as great psychedelic hard rock with a few progressive leanings.
