Bob Seger -- just about every single oldies-rock station in North America plays him. He is the facile face of the proletariat. Used to be good in the sixties, maybe he could still come up with a good single like "We've Got Tonight". But for the most part he took the soul out of rock n' roll...
Ted Nugent -- same as above, except adding cruddy 'libertarian' politics into the mix...
Lynyrd Skynnyrd -- just that if I want to listen to Southern Rock I'll stick with the Allman Bros or even Black Oak Arkansas (having heard one of their albums which actually wasn't bad), or some of the doomier recent hybreds like Alabama Thunderpussy or Dixie Witch...
Phil fuckin' Collins -- him and his big-fat bass-drum and his shit-eating "I'm famous and you're not" grin.
Eric Clapton -- the big 'white-blooz' guitarist stereotype and hardly interesting beyond that.
