Hmmm...there's a bunch of them. Pretty much any of the metal-rap 'let's scream thru a bunch of compression' vocals turn me the hell off in seconds. The whole post-grunge 'let's sound like some drunk wino even though we're rockin' 20-somethings' trend from the mid-90s, also, pretty much marred a whole body of music. Prime example there was Crash Test Dummies...they did a really cool power-pop thing with "I Am Superman", but then the next thing they came out with was the execrable "Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm" with the VERY annoying and fakey growly-gutter-drunk slop-voice. Bleah.
