That's all on there including the 2 photos from the centre of the gatefold.
I've just bought a live video from Rome '93 that was on Gemm. I dunno if there'll be other copies of the thing though it was up there for ages.
I had a great bootlefg from around then from Frankfurt that really showed off how great the rhythm section was.
My first reaction to hearing them in full flight on this tape was wow, they coulda played Funhouse. I hadn't realy realised how fluent they were before.
Unfortunately the tape got screwed up and I don't know where to get further boots.
