H&C and Conny Plank

Was surprised to learn Hunters and Collectors album The firemans Curse was produced by Conny Plank at his German studio. Which made me listen to this album with a more appreciative ear, it has got a unique sound. I was further surprised to find the AMG site likened this album to industrial krautrock, and Conny also produced Q are we not men[..Devo] Brian Eno actually produced this at Connies studio.
