Sorry, haven't been here for a while, but that Franz Ferdinand single is absolutely doing my head in. I think it's great, but... what on earth is the song that they've (perhaps unknowingly) ripped off?? I'm sure it doesn't just sound like something else, but actually is something else, to the extend that I thought it might be some clever post-modern pastiche when I first heard it. Some white funk/pop thing from the 80s maybe (but not any of the obvious avant funk types)????
