I'll ask you again to point out a single comment on any thread where anyone has has aplogised for, or done anything other than condemn the terrorists.

The ones doing the terrorists' work are the ones suggesting Britain should be cowed, or should react in a fear-driven knee-jerk of mistrust and bluster. Luckily being cowed is actually the last thing that British people do, in general. You do realise that most British cities had the shit bombed out of them in the Blitz, and were under threat of terrorist bombs through the 70s and 80s? The reaction is always defiance, mutual support and looking outward. It's the coward's way to retreat inwards and close yourself off from the world, exactly the reaction the terrorists want.
