Maybe, but you should bear in mind that some of us see Brexit as a profound calamity, so to hear a multi-millionaire mouthing a platitude that is inappropriate to his situation and (more to the point) to hear lots of poor people mouthing it when its even more inappropriate to their situation because they're going to be poorer, really grates.*

*People on the other side of the debate will tell you that ultimately the poor won't become poorer. However, so far as can be judged at this stage by the vast majority of economists, they will.
