A petition
Mar 17, 2017, 14:02

I signed it three days ago.
It's at 174,871 right now, four days old.
I feel few here will want to sign this, which saddens me somewhat.
Never mind.
Anyone see QT last night?
SNP MP Joanna Cherry, asked from an 'English man' what currency the SNP propose Scotland may use, someone joked 'the groat'.
Think that was Scottish money from ages ago, certainly before my time, certainly before hers.
She got all indignant on behalf of 'the people of Scotland', saying to the 'English man' 'you do know Scottish people watch this too, please be respectful' (or something like that).
Mind you the real unfunny bit is they haven't got a fucking clue either.
Nationalism has no time for humour though, it's found to be subversive, wrong, and non-obedient.
What is going right now is making me sick to my stomach.
Petition now at 175,000, and rising.

"What currency?" what a joke of a question eh?

It will be a promisary note, printed on plasticky-paper. A fiat currency like pretty much all the others.

Like I said, I got mouths to feed.
That sort of thing 'matters'.
Be amusing if yours was the answer they gave though.
