And Patel is Sec State for International Development despite being skeptical about foreign aid and once suggesting the department should be closed down. Climate Change has gone. And higher education has been merged with schools into the Department of Education - that one could make sense, though feelings are it could squeeze the higher ed budget. Though don't worry the private sector can step in after next Tuesday's bill on the de-regulation of higher education.
