Byeeeeeee .......only it won't be. He'll still be winding up the European Parliament, when, whatever side you're on, surely, if the result is what it is, making the best of this situation would be the most sensible course, not stoking further antipathy. And doubtless he'll still be on QT every other week. I recall Craig Murray bemoaning how the best civil servants, particularily with overseas expertise, had walked a while back. Those entrusted with the task ahead are going to have a tough enough time without his 'help'.

Naturally one of the first things he does is hit up a fancy do with Rupert Murdoch. Talk about hiding in plain sight. A thousand curses upon Thatcher for unleashing that virus upon an unsuspecting public. We'll still be wading in his muck decades after he enters cryogenic storage.
