Well aside from all the silliness here, Mao, whose interred corpse is still visited by legions of worshippers, did have up to 80 million people die on his watch. They were either put to death, died in camps, or fell from the great poverty which could arguably have been prevented had Mao's people ceased exporting food which would have saved their lives. I'm not sure about the figure of the number of deaths Stalinism was responsible for, but it's certainly dozens of millions.

Personally, I'd say it's a little myopic to say it's Communism that was responsible for their deaths, so much as foisting a whole new system on extremely large and variable countries which weren't quite ready for it. That, and the fact that the leaders of said systems had no conception of the value of life.
