My dad fought in the war - and he couldn't fucking stand 'Britain', or rather its institutions.
Had every right to think so.
Every right.
Had some crappy wee journalist turned up at his funeral to ask any of our family 'oh but why' I'd have given them three to get the fuck away from us OR ELSE.
