as you know, we're off to Scotland tomorrow for two weeks megalithomania and getting back to nature, from a base on Skye. at the last minute our ultra-sexy vw camper can't make it, so we had to decide whether to still go after getting so excited about the whole thing. as it happens we're now going in a soul-less company car, which will be faster and more economical, but not the same.
i don't expect sympathy as i feel bad that we're driving at all when we should be making an effort to find alternatives, but i felt initially that the signs were saying we shouldn't go at all. we're going against the signs - are we doing the right thing? time will tell. but if you think we are, please send some good magic this way as some of the shine has gone from what started out as our epic journey.
back in 2 weeks?

Good magic on it's way....
Incidentally, it's bloody miserable up here (West coast anyway) - blowing a gale and cold and wet - had to put the heating on for the first time this summer. Hope you get some sunny days.

don't mind about the weather, dramatic skies make good photo's, altho torrential downpours don't, hmmm...
