This is all about so-called Hyper-Injunctions and a few great links below. It's pretty much remained out of the press, till now.
Please don't get bogged down with the footballers, bankers and stars bit. The real danger is the the courts preventing people even taking issues or just talking to their own MP's! The first link is a long Hansard extract, but makes more and more compelling reading.
