As part of my job I have to keep an eye on what Gove's up to in respect to various dull but very important aspects of education. Time and time again via various Hansard reports or press statements I've seen his department misquote the education act to the degree that I honestly think they havent got a clue what they're doing in respect to the law.It also bugs me that labour dont spot it and take the initiative to jump in but maybe they're just as thick, or worse, cant be bothered.
Although the above judgement could be (and is) argued as being just a technicality, at the end of the day we are seeing actions that, in the words of the judge are "so unfair as to amount to an abuse of power".
I'm just wondering what other legal processes they've steamrollered in the name of Austerity.
