One of the politicians on Sarah Palin's "Hit List", which showed a gun sight image trained on her district in Arizona.

As of this writing the congresswoman's condition hangs in the balance... but it's clear that the rhetoric of the right wing has, as expected, paid off in an act of domestic terrorism.

EDIT: Looks like the shooter was really looking more for a big showy suicide than a political end, but his target was clearly chosen because killing a foe of the Tea Party would garnish a lot of attention...
