Not surprised at all but if his lawyer plays the tape backwards for the court they can see him clearly helping her up out the cell and and off the floor of the station..

The news was too vague with some of the details. The Copper has been convicted at Devizes Issizes; but how did he plead???!!

I really don't think he could deny it in anyway but prob hopes he'll get away with it like many other do. Watching the clip again I think they should all lose their jobs especialy the custody sargent as the main asshole slaps the women before dragging her across the floor and there was no objection infact no reaction to the incedent at all and I know that's because they've all seen it many times before..

What astonishes me is the hit rate of the brief for Police in the dock. They are very well resourced. I really want to know if the Copper pleaded not guilty what his briefs argument was. I know he was found guilty, and there will be a Police disciplinary hearing, and on the news it was stated he will be sacked, he will also be sentenced on Tuesday I think. The woman was found asleep in a lay-by, and I believe the police thought she was drunk. She may have been rough handled because she refused a breathalyser.

There was a trial, I would love to know what his brief used as excuses to fight his defence. I hear he intends to appeal.

Yes, I read that he'd been convicted and given a six-month prison sentence. Oh well, this little piggy went to market ... for the time being anyway. Funnily enough I was just about to post this when I mistakenly realised I'd typed coonvicted instead of convicted! That's probably what the officer would have written whilst sniggering and listening to "I Became a Counsellor So Just So I Could Tell Rape Victims They Asked For It" by Anal Cunt.
