I have no doubt innocent people have been executed. The numbers alone, especially in Texas, would lead to a purely statistical probability.

This story is a good reminder of how the justice system can be blinded to it's own habits and prejudices. It can't even be trusted half the time to put the right people behind bars and keep them there, as the latest kidnapping story out of California proves. The man had a bloody GPS ankle monitor on the whole time he was keeping his imprisoned 'family' in the backyard... nobody did any real policework... just watched his blip move around his own property, oblivious to his activities, satisfied he wasn't in a school zone.
