this link I have found while researching Odin (my lack of knowledge and suspicion of Norse Gods leads me to these places!)
Something is amiss? I quote...
'The propaganda of the Victors becomes the history of the Vanquished2, so we never hear of all the millions the church murdered and tortured in its 1000 year war to destroy the White man's native and organic religion of Wotan/Woden/Odin.'
This epithet is just a sample of the impressively documented pro-white, racist paranoia and hatred that is chronicled on a web-page called 'Odins Place' at www.propatria.org
Be armed, Odinists, you may have to share a god with uneducated, unthinking white thugs. I am looking into this...

How many wars are fought in the name of outmoded Gods?! It seems to me that when a God is invented/adopted, the course that ensues is one of bickering about who has the right definition of that God's law. Next thing it's blood, creed, jihads and tears!
So come on Odin, what's your stand on all this?

Excercising due responsibility in calling this debate, I must aso stress that Odin, or Wotan, is worshipped by many people who are allegedly non-racist nor pro-white, Asatru is a religion of the Northern Tradition, and they claim to have no 'blood' issues.
I am concerned that a little research on the 'net can turn up many a can of hateful worms, and many sites link Odinism to racism...
Confused? I am!
Bee Blessed in your search for knowledge Mr Cope, but beware the search engines, people can type 'Odin', and find a White Power page (with corporate advertising banners). I personally find this very disturbing, even more disturbing id the quandry of 'free speech' on the internet, there are many minority groups of different ethnic backgrounds who get hate-literature directed at them on the internet. Many of these groups are not in the position to even read these articles... so where's free speech if it's only free to those who can afford a PC?
