Here the housing assoc properties are mostly very good. I live in one, been here for 20 years!! I do agree though, it's pretty much impossible to get them to get a job done with someone who any good!! I've been waiting months for someone to come round and have a look at my bathroom.

Have you registered with them? Bear in mind that they prioritise who they think needs a property more!!
