Got to say I agree with Pramhead. Vegetables were always boring for most children at my school and I've never heard of Annexus' idea of the meat being given taste because of the combination of veggies with them. Even vegetarian children seem to love veggie meat substitutes. I don't think we should delude ourselves that most people love the taste. Surely that's the main source of the problem for them giving up.

Being a veggie isn't about eating a meat 'n' two veg meal minus the bit of animal. There's plenty of other stuff to eat...grains, pulses, nuts, fruit etc. Being veggie has just made me more adventurous in the way I eat. Mind you, Linda's sausages do kick ass!
