Just found this site:

The first three anthems i clicked on (Albania, Algeria and Angola) all had at least one line about being victorious in armed conflict. In fact the Algerian anthem opens with the lines:

i don't have the time to do a definitive survey of the proportion of anthems that speak of the glory of battle or the subjugation of others; but 3 out of 3 (6 out of 6 if you include Ireland, UK and USA) is a telling start.

For someone with the time on their hands - the above site is pretty damn comprehensive (though i'm sure you could find a few omissions).
