Let's not forget that it's the Thai word for toilet.
I used to think this was another of Lemons alter egos, but he never came out with such total sh*t as the post hongnam has made here.
It's not so much that it's right wing - there are plenty on the right who I respect for their intelligence and bravery (if for nothing else) - it's just a very stupid and ignorant post. At best it was just designed to wind up all the well meaning lefties (like me) on this board, but all it has done is to reduce hongnams credibility.

Whilst the last bit may have been over the top it was understandable and appropriate. The guy appears to be a jerk. I hope he proves me wrong. He should remember what happened to others who behaved like him in HH.

Indeed. Most of his postings just read to me like the ramblings of a wannabe PJ O'Rourke without the eloquence or wit. And for what it's worth, I still think hongnam is lemon. That comment of his on the David Gray thread ("Just tell me what I'm allowed to listen to and I'll go out and get it") sounded extremely cirtronesque.
Liberal-baiting. It's such an easy sport, isn't it?

Quite apart from which, the food will still be shit even if they are all sacked. On a thirteen-hour longhaul flight, you can hardly say to the waitress "Well, your food tastes terrible so I've decided to go to one of your competitors", can you?
