So... (and you're talking to someone who reads New Scientist every week)...science HAS actually proved all you've said about lizards and so on... they just haven't told us. Is that right?

Now, bearing in mind that UK scientific research is funded almost entirely the the results of the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) which decides on funding according to amount and quality of research published - not just undertaken but published - and that star researchers are like top footballers to their universities in this.... It's a bit odd that nobody has published this epoch-making study.

Don't tell me - it's the Lizards covering everything up again, isn't it.
