What do you mean by 'these people'?? As Toni T has said he hasn't actually been found guilty of anything? Would you deny this person his rights, send him to prison for life and then find out he's innocent? What happens then?

Everyone has rights in this country and that means everyone including those who commit murder/blow people up etc. We don't and shouldn't have to stoop as low as others and cancel the rights to a fair trial.
