Available now. Probably dont need planning permission unless you live in a listed building.

You could paint it brown and stick some leaves on it. Works for phone masts.

Anyway, it'll cost you about £1500 for a domestic wind turbine.

Getting planning permission to erect a domestic wind turbine in rural Ireland is a bloody joke.

So they'll happily let you put up a satelite dish for the crap telly, but its a sharp intake of breath as far as a domestic turbinette is concerned?

£1500? Hmmm ... wonder how quickliy that would pay for itself. Several years, I should think.
Should be given government grants for that really.
