Tony Blair has said Iraq's weapons of mass destruction "may never be found".

But adds "take back what you said about the tooth fairy..."

Mr Blair said: "Over the coming weeks and months we will assemble this evidence and then we will give it to people.

"And I have no doubt whatever that the evidence of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction will be there. Absolutely," he said.

"Those people who are sitting there saying: 'Oh, it's all going to be proved to be a great big fib got out by the security services, there will be no weapons of mass destruction' - just wait, and have a little patience."

And now we'll have the thingy Report where they'll blame the poor standard of intelligence. Am I the only person that watched Colin Powell at the UN thinking "this proves nothing!!!!" I was expecting him to turn over a flip chart to a picture of a huge hoover labelled "Saddam's Secret Weapon". I used to suspect that our leaders were bad people, with suspect motivation but it would appear that they are just gullible ninnies. I don't know what worries me the most.

Hmm. I suspect they're bad people who, once they've been absolutely proven to be wrong, know that we'll prefer the gullible ninny to the murderous bastard. So they then launch into a frenzy of buck-passing and scapegoating of their own accomplices.

Lyrics:

"But everyone's expendable, and no-one has a real plan" - Pink Floyd, Dogs

"In the interests of Democracy, repressive action will be taken" - Camper Van Beethoven, We Love You

"They all hate us anyhow, So let's drop the big one now" - Randy Newman, Political Science

Well, I quickly ran out of steam, and went looking on the internet for pertinant lyrics. I found a whole page of links to activist lyrics...
