Why oh why do artists and there designers etc have to resort to producing those ridiculous fold out shiny cardboard sleeves and then the CD is tucked inside a so tight that it takes all your fingers smeared all over the surface to get it out!!!!!!

AAAAAAARRRRGGHHH!!!

A cd is designed to be handled by the edges and the should come out of the sleeve very very easy - a simple design is all that is required - the surrounding packageing can be whatever as that is rock n roll!
