Happy Beltane/Walpurgisnacht!
Lets hear it for those well known phallic Maypoles, give thanks to "The Bright One" and remember the Pagan view that as the wheel of the year turns from Spring into Summer we can celebrate the marriage of the Earth Goddess to the Sky God... (With rituals, feasting, dancing and drinking) - or if you happen to be of the Satanist persuasion, April 30th is known as Walpurgisnacht - the Day of Lust and Indulgence.
May Day's as old as the hills.
PARTY ON!
